• RATES AND ACCOMMODATION

The fee for renting the entire house is 900 € (low season )  and  1125 € ( high season ) . the total capacity of the house is 15 people.

A nightly €20 supplement will be charged for the use of cots.

High season is considered to be Holy Week [Semana Santa], Christmas and rutting season (from 15 September to 15 November).
The minimum stay period for weekends is two nights.

• BOOKING

A 50%  will be charged when making the reservation, the other 50% Will be charged 15 days prior the arrival. As well as a 300€  this will serve as a deposit. Once the house has been checked after departure, (during 7 days) the deposit will be refunded, provided no damage has occurred.

• CANCELLATION TERMS

If a cancellation is made 30 days in advance, the full amount of the booking will be reimbursed. For cancellations made less than 15 days ahead of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
